An architect led design and construction company has developed a straightforward solution that could be used on Council owned car parks, ZEDfactory.

If Kettering Borough Council chose, as a local authority, to build new council housing as they are now permitted to do they could solve the housing needs of many in the Borough without buying land. Croydon Council, for example, has even set up a development company specially for that very purpose that already has a number of innovative schemes underway.
